報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：

Professor Vernon Heywood is President of the International Association of Botanic Gardens (IABG), and Emeritus Professor in the University of Reading. He was Professor of Botany and Head of Department at the University of Reading until 1987 when he became founder and director of Botanic Gardens Conservation International (BGCI), and Professor and Head of Department of Botany, University of Liverpool (1964-67).

Professor Heywood has had a long career in plant taxonomy, systematics and evolution and has trained generations of students who now occupy senior positions in many parts of the world. He has also worked extensively on biodiversity and conservation issues in many parts of the world. He is especially concerned with developing strategies for the conservation of germplasm of wild species of economic importance, including the wild relatives of crop plants and medicinal and aromatic plants. In 1987 he was awarded the Linnean Medal of the Linnean Society of London. Planta Europa honoured him with their Linnaeus award in 2007.

Professor Heywood has been very productive in his career. He has published over 70 books, including the best-selling Flowering Plants of the World and its update Flowering Plant Families of the World as well as the Global Biodiversity Assessment, is the author of over 400 papers in scientific journals.

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：鄭天明 博士 現(xiàn)任臺(tái)灣國(guó)立嘉義大學(xué)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)與旅游管理學(xué)系專(zhuān)任教授，旅游管理博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事休閑游憩行為研究、旅游團(tuán)研究、旅游人力資源、可持續(xù)性旅游管理等。多次承接國(guó)家旅游機(jī)構(gòu)的計(jì)劃以及臺(tái)灣科技部的專(zhuān)題計(jì)劃，在旅游研究與產(chǎn)學(xué)合作方面成果豐碩。近五年在旅游與休閑知名的SSCI期刊上發(fā)表多篇文章。
